1. Once you submit your advert (via our online booking form) to Cyprus Resales Direct you have requested that your advert appear on our website. No contract exists until we have approved your advert and it appears on the Cyprus Resales Direct site. If your advert is declined we will reply via email and any monies owed will be returned within 14 days.
2. Both the text and photographs/Virtual Tour for your advert must be supplied by using the online submission form.
3. Each advert is for ONE property only. Your advert must be legal and truthful. Cyprus Resales Direct reserves the right to amend or decline the advert should we deem it unsuitable.
4. All the information stated on our website is true to the best of our knowledge at the time of release.
5. Should any advert not be legal or truthful, you will be responsible for any expenses or other cost incurred by Cyprus Resales Direct. These costs are your responsibility.
6. You have the right to terminate the advert/contract at any time. If you cancel prior to your advert appearing on our website you will be entitled to a full refund (paid to you within 14 days). If your advert has appeared on Cyprus Resales Direct you will not be entitled to claim for any monies.
7. We require notice of 14 days should you sell the property placed in your advert so we can remove it from our website.
8. If you place your property with an estate agent as well as CRD, and subsequently, (for whatever reason) increase the property price, and this causes the price to fall into our next price bracket, you are liable to pay us the difference in cost before the amendment is made

We will only use the information provided to contact you to clarify your advertisement if the need arises. The information you provide will be regarded as private and confidential. 10. Cyprus Resales Direct are Not Estate Agents. We are not responsible for any purchase or selling of property. The responsibility is with the person(s) placing the advert and the potential buyer(s).
11. Cyprus Resales Direct liability for breach of contract will not exceed any amount above the cost of a clients advert.

Cyprus Resales Direct has the right to carry out any required website maintenance at any time, but will keep all disruption to a minimum.
