We will always regret that we were not in touch with CRD earlier. After nearly 2 years of trying to sell our house through the normal "estate agents" we had given up until you contacted us in April. Cyprus Resales Direct really helped us straight from the start. We were contacted by many people interested in our property and the staff at Cyprus Resales Direct were always there at any time for advice and their proffesional manner meant success from the beginning at such a low cost to us.

I contacted Cyprus Resales Direct towards the end of April, within 3 days of my villa being on their web site I had my first viewing followed quickly by another client who immediately said they wanted to buy my villa. From start to signing contracts (including furniture which was negotiable) has taken less than 3 weeks and saved me literally thousands of pounds in commission fees.

I also had a Virtual Tour of my villa and have received another offer from a couple in Scotland who saw the Virtual Tour and who also wanted to purchase my villa.
