I contacted Cyprus Resales Direct towards the end of April, within 3 days of my villa being on their web site I had my first viewing followed quickly by another client who immediately said they wanted to buy my villa. From start to signing contracts (including furniture which was negotiable) has taken less than 3 weeks and saved me literally thousands of pounds in commission fees.
